As in-house counsel for a global technology company, I advise on complex commercial transactions, technology agreements, privacy and data protection, artificial intelligence, and other legal issues arising from the acquisition and use of technology.

Originally trained in Austria and now practicing law in California, I bring a cross-border perspective to legal issues involving U.S. and European businesses, technology and regulation.
In 2026, I was appointed Counsel of Trust (Vertrauensanwältin) to the Austrian Consulate in San Francisco, supporting selected matters arising in connection with that appointment.
